		<description>The lasting effect of Citizen Journalism will be two-fold: it will bring us news and information faster and from more places, and it will force traditional journalists to do their jobs better, knowing that the public isn't restricted in their choices.  Yes, there will be a shaking out of this phenomenon, and it may very well get worse before it gets better.  But, ultimately CJ will become a recognized option for the public - both as providers and users.
