Blogging IBC in Amsterdam

Posted by Kevin Anderson

I’m in Amstedam at the massive IBC broadcast conference to give a talk about blogging and breaking news. While I’m waiting to give my talk, I’m of course blogging about the conference over at 5Live’s Pods and Blogs blog. I’ve found a WiFi video phone that I want for Christmas, and I’m on the hunt for the Swiss Army knife of moblogging gear. When I get back to London, I’ve got a few posts to write here on Strange Attractor including: TV as a social media? Discuss.

    Kevin,

It is nice hear on your other blog posts for BBC Five Live that you are getting a workout hauling all of your gear around. I guess upgrading to smaller, lighter equipment does have its drawbacks… However, I’m sure your back will enjoy the change of equipment.

    Hi Kevin,
don’t forget to enjoy yourself in Holland. I have a tip for you. Drink as much Amsterdam beer as you can. I have once seen you holding a bottle of wine. Life is good. So no moment should be missed.
I look forward to reading your compiled reports on your mission in the Wonderland. I mean to say Netherlands.
