Thanks for mentioning Wikipatterns.com! It's been a great experience to get people together to talk about the variety of uses for wiki, and share strategies for successful adoption.

BTW, I've recently published a book with Wiley, called Wikipatterns (http://www.ikiw.org/wikipatterns). It's a how-to guide for growing wiki use in organizations, and references a number of patterns from the site.
